Return Policy:
Returns for Paintings | Antiques | Collectibles:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of an antique, art piece, or collectible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will review the request and provide a return authorization if necessary.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Vintage Clothing:
Due to the delicate and unique nature of vintage clothing, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on clothing items.
Terms of Sale:
All items are sold as-is. Given the nature of vintage and antique goods, please be aware that items may show signs of wear consistent with age. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and images, but please contact us if you require additional information before making your purchase.
Shipping Policy:
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that actual delivery dates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery times range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping: Delivery times may vary significantly based on destination and customs clearance processes.
Damage and Shipping Issues:
We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you with documentation where possible.
For insurance purposes, you must report any shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to save all packaging materials and take photographs of the damage for documentation.
