BEHIND THE BLOGGING LENS Welcome to the blogosphere. Blogging is not easy. In my quest to bring you the most interesting images and news, I sometimes have to jump through hoops or very close to it. In this image the eternally tanned editrix of Vogue Nippon/ Japanese vogue is being hounded and photographed by the paparazzi and bloggers alike. Alexander McQueen at the Hunger Games As they say in the world of fashion, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”. Such is the case with the Wardrobe choices for Effy played by Elizabeth Banks, in the Hunger games “Catching Fire”. Alexander McQueen ruffled organza dress; Butterfly dress and white organza ruffled gown were all from the archives of Alexander McQueen Spring Summer 2010, Spring Summer 2011, and Fall Winter 2012. In all its ruffled organza glory, McQueen was clearly the star.
