  This weeks "OJECT OF DESIRE" is Tom Ford gladiator boot in all its sexed up expensive magnificence. In an interview about the Tom Ford collection being on the Internet in an instant after his fall presentation, He stated that in a week the collection becomes over-exposed and lacks its freshness. Client’s gets bored and the entire collection become old, a thing of the past. This, of course, cannot be further from the truth, as the Gladiator sandal has become the hottest thing in footwear. This week “Object of Desire” is the Lanvin Visor in all its girly futuristic glory. Its part of Lanvin’s 2013 Resort collection. It’s made of Clear PVC and metallic leather and is one of the most fabulous things to walk down the catwalk for the resort season. It’s genius to take the visor, a pedestrian article of sportive accessory, add lots of gloss, leather and $800 dollars to the price tag and call it “The Lanvin Visor “ for resort. Object of Desire: Heaven Sent
