FENDI “KARLITO” It all started when Sylvia Venturini Fendi had the bright idea as a jest in ode to Karl Lagerfeld to design a charm in Lagerfeld’s likeness. It was presented at the fall collections in Milan last season and it became an instant hit. It was snagged as an exclusive to Neiman Marcus with a limited edition of a few hundred. “KARLITO” is now one of the most elusive product on the Neiman Marcus website and the waiting list is now into the thousands. TWOmuchstyle has blogged about the Monsters charm and was on our list of “OBJECTS OF DESIRE”. “Karlito” is desirable indeed and we wish you all the luck in the world in acquiring one. Maybe this will help. “TELL THEM I SENT...

FLASHBACK TO FALL 2013 THOM BROWNE NEW YORK NEW YORK Fashion is fleeting and it's always good to look back. This image lensed by Kevin Sinclair was Shot for the Chicago Tribune Magazine. In my opinion it's an amazing timeless image but alas it was a bit too forward for the Tribune. The dress was by Thom Browne, it's washed cotton, it's a corseted coat with multiple underpinnings. It had mutton sleeves and had the silhouette of a Victorian gown. TWOmuchstyle is a great fan of Thom Browne and I declare this image timeless. Photographed by Kevin Sinclaire Makeup by Fumiaki Nakagawa Styled by Twomuchstyle ...

BEHIND THE BLOGGING LENS Welcome to the blogosphere. Blogging is not easy. In my quest to bring you the most interesting images and news, I sometimes have to jump through hoops or very close to it. In this image the eternally tanned editrix of Vogue Nippon/ Japanese vogue is being hounded and photographed by the paparazzi and bloggers alike. This was outside of the Grand hotel, the site of the Balmain show in Paris. Anna Dello Russo is Camera friendly; she dresses for the camera and enjoys it immensely. An Image is not easy to come by. One has to compete with the relentless French and Italian Paparazzi, which is not an easy feat. In Paris, what goes on outside any...

EMMANUEL KHANH PARIS Emmanuelle khanh is to eyewear what Run DMC is to Rap. I’ve lived through the 80’s and through Emmanuelle Khanhs oversize eyewear of that era. Run DMC glorified Emmanuelle khan and Addidas and helped secure both labels in the start of the era of Fashions obsession with the it label. Emmanuelle Khanh is a French label and is grounded in minimal architectural style of the Mary Quant era and the 1960’s. At TWOmuchstyle we are versed in the history of fashion and agree that Emmanuelle Khanh was before its time and is currently on trend. So in your efforts to get oversized in the eyewear department and to get that 80’s look Via Run DMC , visit Emmanluellle khanh...
